It is no longer a secret that Barcelona has expressed interest in Robert Lewandowski.
The Polish striker is ready for a new experience and the Polish media wrote yesterday that the footballer can join the Catalan giant, with whom he can sign a three-year contract.
Although the leaders of Bayern Munich denied the news of the eventual departure of the player, the Catalan giant has not yet given up the best player in the world in the last two years, announced by FIFA.
Coach Xavi Hernandez even praised the former Borussia Dortmund player, but who did not want to talk much about him, to respect the player’s current club.
“I understand the question, but this is not the time to talk about it. He is a player we respect and appreciate and I think he is a great element. But we are focused on tomorrow’s challenge against Eintracht,” the new Spanish coach told a news conference.
Lewandowski has a contract with Bayern until 2023, but has refused to extend it.
