Rafael Leao will soon extend his contract with Milan.
The current contract of the Portuguese footballer with “Rossoneri” will expire in 2024, but the parties are close to finalizing the new agreement, in which case the footballer would be associated with the Red and Black club for another two years, until 2026.
The Italian media learn that in this case the clause of eventual termination of the offensive player’s contract will be increased.
More precisely, the daily “La Gazzetta dello Sport” reports that with the new contract, the value of Leao will increase to 100 million euros.
His value will be higher even if Milan is declared the champion of Italy.
Paris Saint-Germain has shown interest in the strong and fast footballer.
But, Milan will try to keep the 23-year-old as long as possible.
His salary at the San Siro will increase significantly.
Leao is happy in Milan and wants to close this season with trophies, while his form is growing more and more.
The Portuguese representative has said that he wants to win the Champions League.
