Danilo saves Juventus from defeat against Atalanta

Danilo saved Juventus from defeat against Atalanta, thanks to a late goal of the 1: 1 draw in the direct battle for the top four in Serie A on Sunday.

Just when Atalanta thought they had achieved a great victory and moved Juventus to fourth place in the table after the amazing goal of reserve Ruslan Malinovskyi, Danilo came on stage and scored with his head in the last seconds of the match in Bergamo.

This draw means that Atalanta is now without a win in the last four games in the league.

Juventus remains in fourth place with 46 points, two more than Atalanta who have a less developed match.

Massimiliano Allegri’s team had many scoring chances and created more than the locals through Dusan Vlahovic, Paulo Dybala and Alvaro Morata, before Malinovsky came off the bench to break the ice for Atalanta.

The Ukrainian midfielder defeated the Juve goalkeeper with an amazing shot from about 30 meters away in the 76th minute.

The locals had a few scoring chances to seal the victory before letting it slip out of their hands, but did not use it.

Danilo jumped the farthest to meet Dybala’s corner kick and sent the ball into the home goal net in the 91st minute.
