After Pogba and Lingard, another well-known player leaves Man Utd

Manchester United has started to use the “broom” after the depressing season it spent.

After Jesse Lingard and Paul Pogba, another well-known player officially left the Red Devils today.

It is about Juan Mata, who ends the experience at “Old Trafford”.

The Spanish midfielder will not extend his contract with United and thus leaves as a free agent.

The 34-year-old has been part of the British giant since January 2014.

During this period, he played 285 games for Man Utd and scored 51 goals, while winning four trophies.

Mata has been one of the most creative Spanish midfielders in the last decade.

“Thank you for everything, Juan Mata. “We will miss you,” Manchester United wrote on social media.

The offensive player played his last game with United on May 22 against Crystal Palace.

It is possible that he will return to Spanish football or end up outside the European continent.
