Liverpool have confirmed that they have transferred Fabio Carvalhon from Fulham.
Through a press release, The Reds announced that the 19-year-old striker has signed a long-term contract, until it will be presented on July 1.
“Liverpool FC can confirm that Fabio Carvalho will join the club this summer,” the Liverpool announcement read.
“The 19-year-old striker will officially end his move to the Reds on July 1.”
“Carvalho played a key role in promoting Fulham to the Premier League in the 2021-2022 season, scoring 10 goals and providing eight assists in 36 games, while Marco Silva’s team won the title.”
“He played for the Cottagers in the best league on four occasions last season, marking his first start in the Premier League with a away goal against Southampton in May 2021.”
“An exciting talent born in the Lisbon region of Portugal, Carvalho made his U21 Portugal debut in March this year, having previously represented England at the youth level.”
“Carvalho joined the academy in Fulham and continued to make 44 appearances for the London club in total,” their statement concludes.
