The Uruguayan has scored 26 goals in 33 games this season and is the top scorer in the Portuguese league with 20 goals.
Clubs from the Premier League, in particular Arsenal, United and Newcastle are interested in his transfer and have already asked about the price.
According to Record in Portugal, Benfica wants a big fee for Nunez, especially after he secured them the Champions League quarter-final with his only goal against Ajax.
The medium points out that the club Nunez wants will have to pay close to 80 million euros to convince Benfica to sell their star this summer.
