Paulo Dybala has reportedly turned down offers from Newcastle United and Arsenal and his agent will meet with Inter until the end of the week, while the Nerazzurri are in talks to sign Albanian Kristjan Asllani from Empoli.
Dybala is available as a free agent after the end of his contract with Juventus and the Nerazzurri are ready to make the first offer in a meeting that will take place at the end of the week.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Dybala’s agent Antun could meet with Inter directors today or tomorrow and, meanwhile, the Argentine has turned down offers from Newcastle, Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid.
Inter will offer Dybala six million euros a year plus bonuses to reach seven million euros, the same as he won at Juventus. The two sides could finalize an agreement before Alexis Sanchez leaves the Nerazzurri.
The Nerazzurri are also in talks with Empoli to sign 20-year-old Albanian midfielder Asllani, who impressed in his Serie A debut season in the 2021/22 season.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport, the Serie A giants could offer striker Martin Satriano as part of the deal. Empoli president Fabrizio Corsi is an admirer of the 21-year-old and Inter are open to sending him to Empoli on loan if they do not receive a cash offer.
Inter loaned Andrea Pinamonti to Empoli last season and the Italian had the best season of his career so far, scoring 13 goals in 36 Serie A games.
However, the two clubs have not yet agreed on Asllani’s price, as Empoli estimates him at 16 million euros, while Inter does not want to pay more than 12 million euros.
