According to recent reports, Mario Gotze will leave PSV Eindhoven.

The German midfielder is reportedly very close to moving to Benfica.

Portuguese media “A Bola” recently reported on Benfica’s interest in Gotze.

An agreement between the parties is said to be very close to be reached, as formalization can be done within a few days.

The 30-year-old transferred to PSV in 2020, as he has a contract with this club valid until June 30, 2024.
